The Y-Axis ranges from Boom to Hard Times to Panic. The author mentions Jevons and claims there is some correlation of the plot with sunspots. In fact I picked up NASA's 2006 estimate that the maximum would be in 2011 or 12 and would be a doozy. Instead we seem to be seeing a cessation of sunspot activity which is, of course, likely to cause problems of a different kind. In the interests of not passing even more spurious information around the internet than already exists I'll amend the offending paragraph.
